ISA

ISA – International Semicon Alliance – is a cooperation of internationally leading technology companies from the semiconductor industry. The companies combine a high level of technical expertise in the implementation of all sub-processes in assembly and connection technology. From bonding, soldering and sintering to inspection and quality analysis, the members of ISA offer the entire manufacturing chain from a single source. In addition, cross-process support and consulting services are offered for an efficient, reliable and reproducible manufacturing process. Customers and interested parties can thus rely on a holistic manufacturing concept. This massively reduces implementation costs and time-to-market.
